LAILAH PELLER

Lailah loves to create effortlessly beautiful hair that feels elevated while still being wearable. She has mastered healthy, glossy blondes, and rich, dimensional brunettes. As for haircuts, Lailah loves a long layered cut, pairing perfectly with a bouncy blowout or soft waves. She is always looking to create hair that enhances her client’s natural features while prioritizing their long term hair health. She loves a client that comes with inspo pics, but is also happy to help you decide on hair that is best for your lifestyle and hair health.
Lailah lives in Bloomington with her husband, baby girl, and cat. If she’s not behind the chair she’s probably at home– a self-declared homebody, making Pinterest boards, online shopping, decorating, or just spending quality time with her family. She is also an astrology enthusiast and always down to talk horoscopes!
One of Lailah’s biggest goals for the coming year is to continue her growth on social media; in addition to showcasing her own work she also wants to use social media to connect with and attract her dream clientele. As far as personal goals, Lailah wants to find her dream home to raise her family in and find her balance between motherhood, other relationships, and her career.
HANNAH PETERSON

Hannah is a newer stylist, but has truly grown so much and been able to find her expertise through our masters program, Meraki Hair Lab. Hannah is your soul stylist if you are a chatter, she is always ready to talk to her clients about anything and everything! She loves executing a beautiful redhead, a solid blonde or a lived in, low maintenance look! She wants to enhance the natural tones of her clients hair and make them feel beautiful while being natural.
When Hannah is not behind the chair she is on the go and staying active! She loves a long walk with her dog Baxter; finding new trails and fun places to enjoy the outdoors with him. She has also recently gotten into pickleball and is looking for technique recommendations. And on the weekends in fall and winter you will find her on the sidelines of a volleyball court coaching!
In the near future Hannah is hoping to move to Saint Paul, to be closer to all the things she loves; work, coaching, and an amazing community! Hannah can't wait to travel within the next few years whether that's a weekend trip up north or a whole new country or something in between. She is also hoping to build her dream clientele, while simultaneously making sure every client that sits in her chair feels welcome. She wants her clients to see and feel how passionate she is about them and the work she does.
PAIGE DAILEY

Paige is a stylist from Meraki Hair Lab, a masters program for newer stylists. She is all about the lived in colors and loves to create effortless, dimensional hair that enhances your natural beauty! She wants her client’s hair to look just as good months from their appointment as the day they leave the salon.
Paige is a Northern MN girl and loves the outdoors, she is happiest when life feels a bit slower and more intentional. If she isn’t enjoying nature you may catch Paige on a patio with a great view getting a drink or trying new foods at a Twin Cities restaurant. She also loves all things beauty, fashion, or music! She wants her clients time in her chair to feel like catching up with an old friend!
As Paige continues to grow in her career she is hoping to slow down and enjoy the little things, both in her personal life and career, she wants to be present enough to realize how lucky she is to live the life she does. She can’t wait to complete her advanced training program through Meraki Hair Lab and hone in on her expertise services.
DELANEY BONK

Delaney truly loves all services; her favorite part about her job is having variety in her days. Her end goal is to create a color or cut that feels custom and personalized to each client and their hair and lifestyle. Delaney’s ideal client is comfortable telling her what they want, able to trust the process, and excited to work together to create their dream hair!
When Delaney is not at the salon she can be found on the golf course or spending time at the nearest body of water! Delaney is a people person and genuinely enjoys spending time with the people she loves. She has recently gotten into cooking and would love to hear what her clients are making!
In the coming years Delaney wants to continue to be busy at the salon with a fully booked schedule and clients she loves. She also wants to further her education and grow her skills to become the best stylist she can be for her clients. She is certified in extensions but wants to continue her education in order to be the best she can before she offers them to her clients. Delaney hopes to build a career that she is truly proud of and create an experience for her clients to feel comfortable and confident in.
JENNA MILLER

Jenna loves creating natural yet beautiful blondes, lived-in colors, and custom brunettes. She wants her clients to feel beautiful with their hair while also giving them hair that is easy to maintain and take care of. She’s also always happy when she gets to create an effortless, fresh haircut that is specifically tailored to her client!
Jenna keeps herself busy when she is not at the salon, whether she is at a new pilates class or on a walk outside.
