Becoming a Lab Creative
For the individual who craves expansion and growth through guided self exploration with an end goal of mastery.
Our program begins with structure and momentum. You'll assist a Lead Creative, begin building your own clientele, and develop the foundation of your business — all at once. Each week introduces a focused area of study, ranging from thoughtful consultations and elevated client care to complex color corrections and advanced formulation.
Once coursework is complete, you’ll transition out of the assistant role and into independent study. This phase is designed to help you refine your craft, deepen your expertise, and pursue your area of mastery — all while working with real clients under the mentorship of experienced stylists in our salons.
The goal: to prepare you for independence. To graduate with the knowledge, experience, and confidence to step fully into your career — and into our salons — as a capable, credible, and creatively empowered stylist.
